    Hi, Glad you like my designs. Painting wise it really depends on what scheme your after. If you want a red brick then I usually start with air brushing on brown, followed by a heavy dry brush of red. Follow this with lighter and lighter dry brushing of oranges getting lighter as you go. The mortar can be done quick with oil paintings, mix up a sandy color and thin it with painters turps/white spirits, then you can let capillary action take the oil paint around the mortar points.


    After that its a case of picking out details and trims. For example the door can be done with a basic metallic steel/iron and some weathering via powder, paint or something like "Down and Dirty". If you need any advice on painting, feel free to email me.
